DESCRIPTION
Day 1:
We set off on day 1 for Rochester Silo Art & Stanhope Fonterra Dairy Mural. We spend some time with a local at Tongala Art Murals. Lunch will be at Cactus Country followed by a tour. Next, we enjoy a Cobba paddleboat cruise on the Murray River. Say goodbye to the river and call in to Tungamah & Devenish Silo Art before arriving at the comfort Inn Benalla our home for the next 2 nights. Dinner included at the Bowls Club.
Day 2:
This morning we visit Goorambat Silo Art & Sophia (pictured above) at the Uniting church before arriving at the Winton Wetlands Mokoan Hub centre and trail. A quick drive around Winton racetrack. Next stop Glenrowan Ned Kelly Museum & replica Kelly Homestead. After visit Birchwood near Benalla garden for a stroll. A final stop for a refreshment at the Tatong Tavern and water tower art. Dinner this evening at the Golf Club.
Day 3:
This morning we will enjoy a guided walk of the Benalla rural artworks with a stop at the Benalla costume and Kelly Museum. Next stop the Chocolate Apple Factory and lunch in Monash park amongst the moving art. After lunch enjoy a stop at the Furphy museum before heading home with a final stop at Colbinabbin to see the Silo Art.
